Oriented to the path of the sun, Sundial Residence is organized around a central courtyard that gathers warmth through the day and softens into shadow at dusk. Deep eaves, board-formed concrete, and rift-sawn oak hold a calm, tactile interior. The home rests low against the valley floor so the mountains beyond remain the dominant gesture.
