Vision + Lifestyle Consultation
We begin by understanding the client's land, lifestyle, design taste, budget range, and the long-arc vision for a luxury Utah home.
Stage 01 →Site + Feasibility Review
We study the property's views, slope, access, sun path, privacy, terrain, and natural surroundings to discover how the home should sit on the land.
Stage 02 →Full Custom Home Design
We develop the complete architectural vision — floor plan, massing, roof forms, exterior character, materials, glazing, and indoor-outdoor relationships.
Stage 03 →Visualization + Landscape Experience
We craft high-end renderings, visual studies, patios, courtyards, the arrival sequence, and outdoor living concepts before a single shovel breaks ground.
Stage 04 →Builder Coordination + Project Guidance
We coordinate with builders, consultants, and project partners — protecting the design vision through pricing, documentation, permitting, and construction.
